The Challenge

Despite producing a product that prides itself on being luxurious, the previous online experience for Executive Centre customers did not live up to their high standards, either online or via an app. Their premium product offerings did not translate well within their online presence, and so they reached out to Argano for help. The company needed a new website that would clearly communicate their vision as a brand, demonstrating their commitment to detail and obsession with excellence.

The new site needed to support 6 languages and 10 regional sites, but remain easily managed. To accommodate cultural nuances the global team needed the ability to supervise and manage permissions for regional teams to create their own content. 

The Solution

Argano designed a comprehensive solution that included:

  • Mobile app to simplify the working booking process: To streamline and simplify the reservation process, Argano developed a rebranded mobile app to easily see availability, book rooms, cancel or modify reservations. In addition to the basic booking utility, app users can get a sneak peek into their potential workspace with a photo gallery, receive push notifications with reminders of their reservations, leverage keyless entry, and participate in community messaging.
  • New website consistent with branding: Designed to present clear and concise information about services, as well as generate income and process the purchases for their offices, Argano took full creative control and designed new wireframes and U/X of the site.
  • E-commerce solution that drives more revenue: Argano developed a custom e-commerce solution allowing users to book virtual offices and coworking spaces. With visitors from all different locations, the site needed to detect the country of origin of each visitor and process the payments with multiple platforms. 
  • Third-party tools that drive new leads: Argano integrated a chat app that links users with sales agents from the country where the user expressed interest via geolocation and customization. 

The Results

  • Premium digital platform that mirrors the physical product: With this new platform, the Executive Centre now offers a high-end experience online. With the new website and app, clients can easily book, manage and customize their coworking space to make the most out of their time.
  • Doubled daily leads: Upon implementation, the Executive Centre was immediately able to its daily leads generated via the website
  • Better insights: Argano conducted a complete revamp of the site’s analytics, reformulating objectives and remapping all tags to provide easily extractable information regarding lead generation and conversions. To better visualize data, the Executive Centre now leverages dashboard with filters, views and screens that allows quick and easy data analysis.
